The project.

The Alberta Roadbuilders & Heavy Construction Association is headquartered in Edmonton and represents Alberta's roadbuilding and heavy civil construction industry. As Canada's largest heavy civil construction association, ARHCA brings together contractors, suppliers, consulting engineers, municipalities, and industry professionals whose work supports Alberta's roads, bridges, water and sewer systems, and essential infrastructure.
